Author of The Instant Pot Kosher Cookbook, The Healthy Jewish Kitchen, The Holiday Kosher Baker and The New Passover Menu, Paula’s recipes have been featured in newspapers, magazines, websites, blogs and on radio and TV shows all over the United States, Canada, Israel and even Asia. 

Paula is a French-trained pastry chef who teaches cooking and baking classes all around the world.

The Happy Minyan will be hosting Paula. She will be leading us in Cooking Demonstration & 5 Course Dinner.
